We are proud to offer our families a center dedicated to meeting their needs. We are well-located in the heart of Allen just minutes from Central Expressway, which allows our parents the ability to drop in to visit their child during the day.  

I enjoy being the Center Director here, along with my assistant Lucy. We opened our doors in January 2003 and have served the surrounding communities with pride since then.   We are a neighborhood school and enjoy being part of the community.

Many of our teachers have been a part of The Peanut Gallery family since we opened. The low staff turnover ensures a familiar consistency that many families desire. We operate under a family like atmosphere, with a unique experience that is immeasurable. Our teachers are chosen not only for their education and prior experiences but most importantly for their love and devotion for the children.

We offer quality care for children 6 weeks through 12 years of age. Our program is committed to providing a nurturing, safe, creative and stimulating environment.

Our infant caregivers spend the day cuddling, and talking to the babies, instilling trust, security and providing comfort. With toddlers, milestones such as self-feeding and early language and socialization skills are encouraged and supported by our exceptional teachers. Two years old are introduced to the concept of learning centers that challenge a variety of developmental milestones. Our energetic teachers plan a balance of quiet activities such as art, puzzles, and story time, with plenty of fun and excitement, including music and movement, running, jumping and climbing. The preschool program promotes a balance of positive learning and play. The Zoo-phonics® curriculum is specially designed to engage young children’s interest and attention by pairing each letter and sound with an animal and body signal. Literacy, science, cooking, handwriting, social studies, and life skills are also part of the Zoo-Phonics® philosophy. In addition to our literacy curriculum we incorporate a math, fitness, and Spanish into the day.

Your future Kindergartener will gain many more important skills in Kindergarten Club. Kindergarten Club is a reading readiness program, designed to assist children as they transition from preschool into Kindergarten.

Our fun and lively school-age program offers many engaging after school experiences; including arts and crafts, science, games, technology, and sports as well as homework time.  We provide after school care to children who attend many of the elementary schools located in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Parents also have the convenience of many on-site extracurricular activities such as computer, gymnastics, karate and dance for their children to participate.. Our large playgrounds are separated into age specific areas with carefully selected equipment for  toddlers, twos, preschool and school age children. The Peanut Gallery boasts a water park that is a fun and refreshing way to cool off in the Texas summers.
