The
Peanut Gallery will be your child’s “Home away from home”
We
are a licensed child care center that has been servicing the area for
the last 22 years, and we were formally known as “Pals Children Center,”
for the first 18 years, and The Peanut Gallery, for the past 4 years.
The people have not changed by much; we have several teachers that have
been here since the door opened in 1985. We welcome you to come by and
visit our staff of new and old.
Our
teachers have been given the opportunity to receive training hours thru
Polywog which is hosted by DPISD. Together we are teaming up to give
your child what is necessary to grow and learn.
We
offer child care for infants, toddlers, twos, pre-k 3’s and education
experience for pre-k 4’s, and school age children up to the 5th
grade completed. Our teachers offer your child all that is available to
prepare them for that first day of school. Our curriculum starts with
our infants thru our school age children. Our goal is keeping your child
occupied thru learning and fun. We offer the local community with bus
transportation to the following elementary schools: Deer Park, Dabbs,
Carpenter, College Park, Heritage, Rizzuto, Jennie Reid, and Lomax.
We
have 2 playgrounds, one for Infants, Toddlers and Twos. A large
playground for 3s, pre-k, and school age children; a covered patio for
sunny outside activities and rainy days.
Our
school also offers on site services of The Tumble Bus, Computer Stars,
and Piano Lessons.
We
have an open door policy, so please stop in for a tour or visit. Kelly
